Where does BLACKFLAG ship from?
BLACKFLAG ships from our warehouses in USA and Australia. When you place your order, your shipping address will be automatically be used to determine the closest warehouse to that address, allowing us to get your order to you in the shortest timeframe we can.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Items shipped from other warehouses not central to your location may take longer depending on customs and your country’s postal system. You’ll get tracking the moment your order is on the move.
If one of my items is shipped from a different warehouse, will my whole order be delayed?
Not at all. You may receive your order in separate shipments depending on stock locations — but everything is sent out as quickly as possible. No delays, no waiting on one item to ship them all.
What if I change my mind after I order?
Once your order is placed, it goes straight into production — which means changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed. That said, shoot us a message ASAP and we’ll do everything we can to catch it before it’s fulfilled.
