SHIPPING POLICY

At BLACKFLAG General Co., we ship from our network of warehouses located across the United States, and Australia to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 12:00PM EST are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days, and are delivered within 5–10 business days. In some cases, if a local warehouse is out of stock, your item may be shipped from an international location, which could result in a slight delay for that specific product. Items fulfilled from local warehouses will remain unaffected.

If there are any delays, we’ll notify you as soon as possible to keep you informed.

Product-Specific Warehouse Notes

Some products in our store include important warehouse information in their descriptions. Please read this carefully before ordering. If an item is only stocked internationally, delivery times may be longer than usual for that item.

PLEASE NOTE: If a product's description does NOT denote that it is stocked in a specific international warehouse, this means it is stocked in a warehouse within your country.
